EstimateFlow is a missed-call text response and appointment scheduling program used by local service businesses. When you call a participating business and your call cannot be answered, EstimateFlow sends you a text message on that business's behalf so you can get help, ask questions, and schedule an appointment. The program also sends appointment confirmations and reminders for appointments you book.
You receive messages because you initiated contact by calling a participating business's published phone number and were informed on that call that you would receive a text message, or because you booked an appointment and provided your number for confirmations and reminders. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies by conversation; typically a handful of messages per service request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP to cancel and stop receiving messages at any time. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance at any time, or contact support at getestimateflow@gmail.com or +1 (774) 826-8011.
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we use it. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell personal information.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program supports all major US carriers.
The Service is provided on behalf of the participating business you contacted. Appointments, pricing, and workmanship are the responsibility of that business. We may update these terms; the latest version always lives at this page.
